At RESET Cafe, we take pride in delivering exceptional food and service, and due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final with no refunds after purchase. However, if a refund is exceptionally approved (such as for a duplicate charge or error), the amount will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-6 business days, depending on your bank's processing times. For reservations, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations, and please alert our staff immediately if any issues arise during your visit so we can address them promptly.
